Welcome to Bub's Bakery
Our Story
At Bub's Bakery, we believe in the magic of baking. Before starting, we used baking as an outlet for our autistic sons in order to improve their fine motor skills, focus and communication. After witnessing improvement within them and their social communication skills amongst buyers, we decided to start up our family owned and operated business of continuing the magic of baking.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our goods, variations in color, size, and design may occur.
Custom Orders: For custom special orders, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure your booking. Final payment is due upon pick-up or delivery date.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Changes to orders must be known prior to pick-up/delivery date.
Returns and Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Pick-Up and Delivery:
* Pick-Up: You are responsible for picking up your order at the agreed-upon date and time. Once the order leaves our premises, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during transport.
* Delivery: Delivery is available within a certain radius for an additional fee. You must provide a safe and accessible delivery location. We are not responsible for damage to the product after it has been delivered.
Allergies and Dietary Information:
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to, nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of these allergens. It is your responsibility to notify us of any allergies when placing an order.
